It was established in 2019 with the authorization of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor No. 27, which seeks to provide humanitarian services in a modern perspective based on neutrality and transparency regardless of race, religion or affiliation, committed to providing high quality services in partnership with all concerned and interested parties in a manner that does not conflict with the relief and development plans of local authorities.
