The Higher Institute of Engineering and Technology in New Damietta The institute offers teaching through the credit hours system, which is considered the most modern and advanced in the world. The institute comprises three main departments, granting the following degrees: 1- Bachelor of Civil Engineering, equivalent to those granted by Egyptian universities. 2- Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, equivalent to those granted by Egyptian universities. 3- Bachelor of Communications and Electronics Engineering, equivalent to those granted by Egyptian universities. المعهد العالى للهندسة والتكنولوجيا بدمياط الجديدة يقوم المعهد بالتدريس بنظام الساعات المعتمدة الذى يعد الأحدث والأكثر تطوراً فى العالم يحتوى المعهد على ثلاثة أقسام رئيسية يمنح فيها المعهد 1- درجة البكالوريوس فى الهندسة المدنية معادلة بتلك التى تمنحها الجامعات المصرية 2- درجة البكالوريوس فى الهندسة الكيميائية معادلة بتلك التى تمنحها الجامعات المصرية 3- درجة البكالوريوس فى هندسة الإتصالات والإلكترونيات معادلة بتلك التى تمنحها الجامعات المصرية
