Notre Dame Law School (NDLS) Moot Court Board provides an opportunity for students to develop their research, writing, and oral appellate advocacy skills. The student-run Moot Court program also hosts the annual Notre Dame National Appellate Advocacy Tournament for Religious Freedom. The Board is comprised of five teams (Showcase, 7th Circuit, ABA, IP, and Jessup) that represent NDLS by competing in appellate and international competitions. These competitions include the National Moot Court competition, the American Bar Association competition, the Jessup International Law Moot Court competition, and the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court competition. Additionally, the 7th Circuit team argues real cases in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Showcase team performs a showcase argument in front of a panel of distinguished judges for the NDLS community. The Board encourages any interested parties to learn more about NDLS Moot Court and the Religious Freedom Tournament!
