Established in 2009, the Notre Dame Journal of International & Comparative Law has facilitated international scholarship for over a decade. The establishment of the Journal coincided with rapid evolution in the burgeoning fields of international and comparative law. Due to its global perspective, the Journal attracts and publishes contributions from distinguished scholars and practitioners throughout the world on a wide variety of issues.
