Our origins
ND Ventures, formally known as ND Venture Assets S.L. based in Madrid, Spain, is a spin-off from Negociosdigitales, a company in Caracas,Venezuela, dedicated to venture capital and angel investing in startups since January 2000.
The Negociosdigitales story has been told in several publications covering its origins and first investment portfolio funded by its shareholders and a small business angel network.
Negociosdigitales is an active member of Xcala, a non profit organization in Montevideo joining most business angel's networks in Latin America .
ND Ventures works closely with Negociosdigitales to foster its founders vision to be a leading player in the Venezuelan, Latin American and Spanish startup investment ecosystem.
