I help hyper-achievers get off the hamster wheel and run after what they really want that's off the beaten path; and especially if they're forging their own path. I work with those stuck in the margins of the workplace, at a crossroads, and those looking to make hard pivots in their lives. As a Leadership Coach my focus is largely driven by my own lived experiences as an AAPI woman in tech faced with gaslighting, conscious and unconscious biases, and generally the lack of support for women leaders in the workplace. I am passionate about championing your strengths and fighting systems of oppression in creative and humorous ways.
