Nebula Group USA extends the reach of small to mid-sized companies to international markets. We specialize in integrating development with the goals of the public and private sectors. Our latest effort is ANTICORRUPTION. We have formed Phase 4 and are operating in Ukraine to provide NGOs, Businesses, and end-uses with best practices that include Compliance Audits, Performance Audits, and Program Audits with on-the-ground teams of Ukrainian veterans and international experts with decades of experience in transparency and fighting waste, fraud, and abuse. Nebula Group USA manages the CONQUER Program's reserve component operations, where we measure, monitor and mitigate military personnel's exposure to blast wave overpressure for the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences. We have also created and manufacture mitigation devices to reduce the exposure of soldiers and trainers to blast from heavy weapons. We also build ground trainers for military customers by converting C-130s and other airframes into fully functional ground trainers. Nebula Group is active in Nigeria, Ukraine, Kuwait, Jordan, and Iraq, and also have Nebula Group Denmark and most recently Nebula Group Guyana.
