Nour ElBaseera Community

NEC is a non-profit civil society organization registered under number 5264 for the year 2014 in the Arab Republic of Egypt. It was founded by a group of young people who have extensive experience in volunteer and community work, especially in the field of caring for people with disabilities. "Nour ElBaseera" started its specialized service in caring for visually impaired people with the aim of training and qualifying them to effectively integrate into society. Then, it expanded its services to include other people with disabilities in general.
