We are Necron Capital, We are a Reserved Alternative Investment Fund based in Luxembourg. We have set up our first Sub-Fund called Necron Capital SCSp SICAV–RAIF – Necron Logistics I, or Necron Capital Logistics Real Estate Compartment 1. We are a Core Plus fund and within this Compartment we invest in BREEAM Excellent certified logistic real estate properties in the Benelux. These newly built commercial real estate properties are directly bought from our sponsor, Necron Group AG, a Swiss based private real estate investment and development company. Necron Capital will give investors a solid return over a longer period with an upside at the end due to inflation correction and the increased value of the real estate.
