Nectar Digital Wealth AG (aka Nectar Financial) was originally founded in 2010 as Etops AG with focus on outsourcing solutions and digital investment management. The company developed a series of technology innovation for workflow automation, data and analytics across the investment lifecycle. It built Fundbase.com, the online marketplace for alternative investments, and distributed its own Digital Investment Products to banks and independent financial advisors. After the exit of Fundbase in early '21, followed by the spin-off of its advanced analytics business as an independent company under quantmate in June ‘22, Nectar Digital Wealth continued to operate as a group and holding company for its underlying earn-out and equity participation.
