The story of Nedelya cafe and pastry shop begins on April 1st, 1993, when Radoslava and Georgi Minchevi open a small pastry shop at Baba Nedelya square in Sofia, Bulgaria. In the very beginning only three people work in the pastry shop and the Minchevi family produces their own cakes and personally meet their first customers. Even today, the Minchevi family believes that handmade, high quality products and fresh cakes are the reason why Nedelya is the favorite choice all over Bulgaria with over 30 patisseries in the country and 8 in Bucharest, Romania.
