NDC is a non-profit coalition of 20 mission-based organizations in Colorado, spanning the housing continuum from homelessness to homeownership. We conduct research, advocate for and educate about affordable housing, coordinate collective action, and implement programs to assist NDC organizations and the households they serve.
Our mission is to build thriving communities by connecting the voices and coordinating the efforts of those working to create stable, secure and affordable re-housing, rental, homeownership, and wealth-building opportunities for Coloradans, regardless of their race, class and zip code.
