WHO: Neighbourhd is a community-driven music organisation home to the best-emerging artists, musicians, and DJs in the West Midlands. Over the last seven years, our community has blossomed into a supportive network of Birmingham's creatives, fostering a genuine sense of belonging that extends far beyond the borders of our events. WHY: Birthed with the ethos 'For Musos, By Musos, ' we were built to champion the grassroots scene and connect our city's creatives through music. By collaborating, supporting, and championing local music, artists, musicians, and venues, we strive to become pioneers in developing the foundations for an accessible, collaborative, and active local industry in the West Midlands. We are on a redefined mission to be pioneers in developing the foundations for an accessible, collaborative, prosperous and fair local industry to be built here in the West Midlands. HOW: Our monthly Jam Nights, held on the first Monday of the month at the Night Owl, Digbeth, are the centrepiece of our organisation. They regularly attract hundreds of incredible local creatives to share our stage. At Neighbourhd, whether you are an emerging artist or a seasoned professional, our stage is your stage. Here, egos are left at the door; our open jams are a safe, supported space for pushing creative boundaries. Is this for you?
