I specialize in supporting people with career guidance and overcoming leadership challenges. With extensive commercial and leadership experience from a highly successful career and with a very broad network of equally experienced professionals, I am able to offer a wide range of solutions to meet most requirements. My insights and knowledge come from having worked in a variety of roles at all levels, from Territory Sales Manager to a main board Senior Vice President role in a £1bn company. My experience spans across many world class organisations in a number of industries majoring in healthcare, medical devices, optical, audiology and FMCG. My career history is defined by consistently overachieving targets, implementing business turnarounds, building high performance teams, creating an enjoyable working environment and developing future leaders. During my time as Managing Director at Sonova U.K. I had 5 years of formal mentoring experience as a global mentor to a number of 'high potential' executives within the Group. I am passionate about the importance of respectful leadership and helping people reach their full potential. The mentoring approach is adapted to meet individual needs and requirements of each client. The approach will ultimately consist of a blend of 4 different mentoring approaches, sounding board, coaching, counselling and networking. With more than 18,000 Linked-In connections I have access to a wide network of people with varying skills and experience . As trust and personal chemistry are important elements of a successful mentor/mentee process I offer a free 20 minute conversation and Q&A session before any further commitments are made. Individual mentoring sessions are charged at £100 per hour. Mentoring sessions can be face to face or remote.
