Since 2009 NEI has delivered successful installation engagements for our Client's residential customers, educational facilities, offices, healthcare locations, and multi-unit residential properties. Installation Program Overview
NEI's Customer facing programs provide pre-installation visits, project management, physical installation of products, on-site testing, Customer training, deployment, and maintenance service on an annual or as needed basis.
Installation Program Objectives:
- Ensure an installation and service experience for the Customer that aligns with the values and expectations of our Client.
- Provide full visibility and accountability metrics that secure confidence in brand integrity, installation processes, and Customer satisfaction.
