Since 1985 the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) has provided assistance and support to lawyers protecting the rights of employees. NELA is the country’s only national bar association exclusively comprised of lawyers who represent employees in cases involving employment discrimination, illegal workplace harassment, wrongful termination, denial of employee benefits, and other employment-related matters.
