Founded in 2020, Nelco Partners alongside Nelco Consulting Corp., has pioneered a private credit fund that strategically allocates capital across yield-generating opportunities, including private debt instruments, asset-backed financing, and select cryptocurrency-based yield strategies. Nelco Partners is launching a Regulation D 506(c) private credit and yield strategy fund, exclusively available to accredited investors. Our first-round raise is structured at a $1Bn valuation. The fund is focused on acquiring performing, re-performing, and non-performing business and consumer debt obligations at attractive discounts. In parallel, we are building a diversified portfolio across digital AI infrastructure and real estate assets—positioning the fund to generate strong, risk-adjusted returns across multiple market cycles. Our Reg D 506(c) offering is a private credit and yield strategy fund open exclusively to accredited investors at a $10M first round evaluation.
