We are an estate agency covering the whole of Spain based in Costa Blanca North. We specialise in providing 100% mortgages and have a portfolio of over 250,000 properties across the whole of Spain. We are in association with The Mortgage Shop Spain and are able to provide our clients exclusive access to mortgage pre-approval. The mortgage team works separately from the banks and therefore has the ability to compete banks against each other to guarantee their clients the best rates and term of mortgage possible. We are looking to expand by means of collaborations with other estate agencies within the Costa Blanca region, including Sales and Lettings. We currently have an extensive list of clients waiting on property to become available within their desired area and to their specification.
