The Law Offices of Nelson & Kennard formed in 1986 with the original focus of servicing the automobile finance industry. This included the collection of deficiency balances, replevin, creditor representation in bankruptcy and defense work. By approximately 1995, the firm had evolved into a full-service collection firm including the collection of automobile deficiency balances, credit cards (both direct placement and purchased debt), consumer lines, commercial and mortgage.
