Opgericht in 1949 en nog altijd een vooruitstrevend en ambitieus familiebedrijf.
De Nelson winkels kenmerken zich door een breed assortiment van dames, heren-, en kinderschoenen van internationale A-merken zoals Ecco, Timberland, Dr. Martens, Tommy Hilfiger, Converse, Gabor, Skechers en Van Lier, aangevuld met een modieuze en kwalitatieve Nelson private label collectie. In de 13 Nelson premium stores gevestigd op belangrijke A-locaties in de grote steden in Nederland, wordt de collectie aangevuld met hoog segment fashion merken als Guess, Calvin Klein, Fred de la Bretoniere en Steve Madden. Dankzij de duidelijke omnichannel strategie gericht op beleving, service en innovatie staat de klant overal centraal, waar je Nelson ook tegenkomt. Naast de eigen verkoopkanalen biedt Nelson een deel van de collectie ook aan via online warenhuizen als Wehkamp, Bol.com, Kleertjes.com en Zalando.
