The company Nemeth-Projekt d.o.o. was established in 1992. in Zagreb, and since then has been continuously and successfully engaged in architectural design, architectural and construction supervision, and consulting services in construction. In the 25 years of existence, many construction projects and installation projects in high-rise buildings have been implemented, with a very diverse structure of investors: • Private investors - smaller facilities, homes, urban villas, shops • Large business systems - industry and manufacturing • Banks and financial institutions • State institutions - the ministry's finances • Health care - hospitals and homes for retirees • Tourism - hotels, camps and holiday resorts • Shopping malls • Drugstores The company contracts and executes the obligations of complete architectural - construction - installer design in high-building construction and obtaining complete administrative documentation such as location, principal, building permits, certificate approvals of major projects and usage permits. The company currently employs 10 employees of architectural and construction profession and 2 consultants.
