Building on these certifications, NEO reached its goal of carbon-neutral operations four years ahead of its 2025 target and went on to achieve both Net Zero certifications for International Finance Corporation (IFC)’s EDGE Zero Carbon and Philippine Green Building Council’s Advancing Net Zero Philippines. Additionally, NEO is among the first in Southeast Asia to earn the International WELL Building Institute‘s WELL Health-Safety Rating and WELL Equity Rating. All NEO buildings also hold an A+ rating in the IFC’s Building Resilience Index framework, enhancing safety and resilience.
