NeoCity Vision Studio is an early-stage urban planning and design studio focused on building the next generation of walkable, culturally rooted, and sustainable cities. Our flagship project, Kiswipya, is a 1-square-mile prototype district being developed in Zanzibar — designed to blend tourism, local culture, and long-term community value. We’re not here to slap smart tech on broken systems. We’re here to rebuild the foundation — how cities are planned, who they serve, and how they grow. Our approach blends practical planning tools with storytelling, governance models, and community-first design. We collaborate with local partners, architects, and governments to ensure each project feels born from its place — not imposed on it. NeoCity Vision Studio operates as a flexible, modular system that can adapt to coastal cities around the world. From ground leases to public trust models, our goal is to create cities that are regenerative, economically alive, and emotionally unforgettable. This isn’t a dream of the future.
