President and Head Trainer Mark Wilburn holds Bachelor’s degrees in both marketing and real estate. With 12+ years of experience as a trading consultant and trainer, he leads the charge at NEOS, giving those he guides the needed reassurance to invest successfully. Mark is able to take someone with baseline knowledge and arm them with the tools, strategies, understanding and confidence to become a profitable trader themselves. Mark is joined by his wife, Kate Wilburn, owner/CEO, and the behind-the-scenes force that keeps NEOS running. With a background and training in psychology and casework, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, previously working as a children’s mental health caseworker. Her passions include teaching others to establish generational legacies through entrepreneurship. Kate also co-owns and managers three other businesses with Mark, including Beyond Financials, where the pair teaches a more overarching approach to business, personal development and mindset with a more spiritual foundation. They assert, “We believe every human being is powerful beyond their own understanding; encompassing many dimensions of potential and capacity.
