NEPEDIMA

O Núcleo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Direito Internacional do Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável foi criado em julho de 2021 como resultado de um processo de expansão do eixo de Direito Internacional do Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável do NEPEDI/UERJ. O NEPEDIMA tem como objetivo central a construção de conhecimento crítico e relevante nas temáticas voltadas ao Direito Internacional do Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável. É estruturado em quatro linhas de pesquisa: Justiça Ambiental e Participação Popular, Movimentos Migratórios e Meio Ambiente, Governança do Oceano e Mudanças Climáticas e Litígios. The Center for Studies and Research in International Environmental Law and Sustainable Development was created in July 2021 as a result of an expansion process of NEPEDI/UERJ. NEPEDIMA has as its main objective the construction of critical and relevant knowledge in the themes related to International Environmental Law and Sustainable Development. It is structured into four lines of research: Environmental Justice and Popular Participation, Migration Movements and the Environment, Ocean Governance and Climate Change and Litigation.
