Nephronomics, a joint venture with Fresenius Medical Care, is a precision medicine company vertically integrating the world's most robust cardio-kidney-metabolic disease database of clinical and genomic data and ML models to develop targeted therapies against the underlying molecular mechanisms. The genetic component of CKM disease remains significantly underappreciated in clinical practice. Through exclusive access to the My Reason® dataset with >35,000 patients, we're building the leading CKM disease model to discover new disease subtypes as well as both protective and disease-causing variants across the cardio-kidney-metabolic spectrum. The Nephronomics Atlas enables the best powered and most comprehensive studies to discover protective and disease-causing variants in CKM disease, addressing the complex interrelationship between cardiovascular disease, kidney dysfunction, and metabolic disorders that often occur together.
