NERH intends to promote its bachelor and master's degree in both ISCTE and the job market, creating a bridge between its students and HR professionals. Therefore, an effort goes towards the promotion of learning opportunities - whether it is in an academic or professional context - by creating several and diverse projects that will potentiate the cohesion and development of the Human Resources Management (HRM) students. NERH's goal is to clearly become one of the youth organizations who will best represent its students and leverage the better practices of human-centric HRM.
