From the Highlands to the headlines, McLean & Sons Nessie Milking is dedicated to unlocking the lactational properties of prehistoric amphibians. We’re at the cutting edge of nectar milking, built around our unrivalled relationship with one of Scotland’s most legendary icons - Nessie. Our family ran business goes back five generations, working closely alongside Nessie all this time. Together we produce the rarest of liquids - Nessie Nectar - which can only be found in Loch Ness and collected with the care we pride ourselves upon. Given our unique specialisms, we’ve been called upon to train milkers of mythical animals from all over the world, upskilling them in the art of nectar production using special techniques we’ve developed over the last century, or more.
