This includes over 20 years experience working in children's residential homes and services. Our team are qualified consultants with NVQ 5 leadership and management qualifications. Our services includes supporting homes to improve their Ofsted outcomes and inspections, supporting new companies to start up, direct coaching, supervision and support of staffing teams, behaviour management training, and safer staff recruitment. We can also complete a quality assurance visit with the view of putting an action plan together to support homes to improve their outcomes.
