We want to promote inter-functional brainstorming sessions and guide the progression of ideas to a practical implementation and the formation of efficient teams. The current team is made of a former molecular biologist converted to corporate salesperson and former art curator converted to content generator for advertisement. The gist of our idea is rooted in our professional progression, where we both started in a creative but dreamy environment and were driven to more pragmatic jobs. We would like to bring people to discuss and evaluate their ideas with others with similar ideas but different backgrounds. On top of that, we want to guide team formation through psychological and attitudinal profiling and re-arrangement of discussion groups to optimize creative progression. A development of the root plan will be to coach people towards professional readiness. In a time where social interaction is dominated by virtual platforms, we would like to bring humans back to discussing passions and projects in a room (after COVID) and foster networking through joint creative growth. We would like to have an IT expert and a psychologist, who share our passion for creative thinking brought to life, to join our endeavor.
