Net Worth Advisory Group, LLC, is an independent, FEE-ONLY (no commissions), Certified Financial Planner® and investment advisory firm located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our mission is to help clients achieve financial peace of mind through the implementation of customized financial plans and ongoing personalized asset management.
We specialize in helping people transition from the workplace into retirement, and insuring that those who are already retired will not outlive their nest egg. Most of our clients are within three years of retiring or already retired. We also help younger business owners develop creative ways to save and meet their retirement goals.
We ensure that all of our clients have a comprehensive financial plan, and we meet with each client every six months to update the financial plan and review investment performance.
As a NAPFA-registered fee-only advisory firm, we provide recommendations that are not tainted by a hidden agenda to sell financial products paying large commissions. Unlike our competitors at brokerage firms, insurance companies, and banks, we are compensated solely by our clients, so we are financially motivated to provide objective advice that is always in our clients' best interests.
Unfortunately, anyone can call himself or herself a financial planner. However, only a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) has met the education, examination, experience and ethical requirements mandated by the CFP® board. Of the estimated 800,000 financial advisors in the U.S. only 55,000 have earned the CFP® designation. All Net Worth advisors are either CFPs® or CFPs® in training.
