Our company consists of individuals fostering over 25 years of energy modelling experience, affiliated with Professional Engineers of Ontario and maintains a good relationship with organizations such as the City of Toronto with over 300 completed projects for all types of buildings including commercial, residential, and institutional.
We are a passionate team dedicated to sustaining balance in both energy and cost building through new, innovative, and green methods. We specialize in passing energy models of buildings without HRV, but still meeting the revised, stringent standard for current Toronto Green Standard as well as non- TGSs by providing experienced and tested essential mechanical design criteria and workaround procedures. Through various, specially designed methods of energy audit, modeling, design, and analysis, we strive to achieve the end result all buildings should have as their new standard.
