Neto Group

Established in 1940, the Neto Group is one of Israel's five largest food conglomerates. The group imports, produces, markets and distributes a broad range of kosher food products that generate annual sales of about NIS 2.3 billion a year (including NIS 0.6 million in sales by Bikorei Hasade, a Neto holding (42%) that is not included in its financial statements.) Core brands include Neto, Tibon Veal (meat products), Delidag (fish), Williger (canned food and groceries), The Three Bakers (frozen baked products), Magic (ready meals), Bikorey Hasade (fresh fruits and vegetables) and Rich's (whipped creams and dairy products). The group is based in Kiryat Malachi's industrial zone, where its corporate offices, logistics center and some of its factories are located. Areas of Activity • Meat (Tibon Veal) – Neto imports meat through Tibon Veal and purchases some local production. It processes, markets and distributes frozen, chilled, fresh and processed meat in Israel. • Fish (Delidag) – The group produces, processes, sells, markets and distributes, mainly in Israel, frozen, fresh, live, and smoked fish. • Canned goods and grocery products (Williger) – manufacturing of canned tuna and importing canned fruits and vegetables, and grocery products such as rice and pasta. • Frozen baked products (Three Bakers) – manufacturing, distributing and marketing of a verity of pastry products. • Fresh fruits and vegetables (Bikorey Hasade Darom) • Ultra-kosher operations (meal meat)
