Network Steel are proudly renowned as Queensland’s most recognizable supplier of Structural Steel products to this regions most prominent builders of residential detached housing and multi-density unit/townhouse developments. With daily freight deliveries throughout Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Northern Rivers and the Sunshine Coast, we are able to provide our quality products to the whole South East Corner. Our History Established in 1992 by 3 working directors, Peter McConnell, Wayne Buchanan and Glenn Hitchcock, who still remain heavily involved in the day to day running of the business, we now employ more than seventy personnel. We attribute this success to being supported by a great team, many of whom started as young cadets and have worked themselves up into positions of great responsibility. The “Home of the Green Beam” We have recently seen the exciting introduction of our new green steel beams. They are without a doubt ‘outstanding in the field’ bringing to the industry a superior product that raises the standard of protective coatings with the application of an industrial strength ‘anticorrosive enamel paint’ that is applied in our state of the art vacuum spray booth. The Network Steel Difference The successful integration of structural steel into predominantly timber framed residential dwellings, following it up with a complete range of aluminium metalwork products, created a one stop shop for residential builders. Network Steel takes a holistic approach, taking care of estimating from plan, site measures, CAD detailing, hot dip galvanizing, powdercoating, site welding and installation if required. Our aim is to use this wealth of experience to find solutions to solve our customers requirements, whilst providing exceptional customer service and a quality product with minimal lead times.
