Neu Horizons

Neu Horizons Uranium is an unlisted Australian company focused on discovering and developing Tier 1 uranium deposits in two globally significant jurisdictions: Sweden and Canada. In Sweden, a government inquiry has recommended lifting the 2018 uranium mining ban, with legislation expected to pass in late 2025 and take effect from 1 January 2026. This policy shift supports Sweden’s nuclear energy expansion and unlocks one of Europe’s richest uranium endowments—hosting over 27% of the continent’s known reserves, including major deposits like Aura Energy’s Häggån. Neu Horizons holds significant projects in Sweden’s Alum shale and shear-hosted systems - Ravenberget, Gillberget and Vilhelmina - positioning the company to contribute meaningfully to Europe’s clean energy transition. In Canada, Neu Horizons has secured access to more than 40,000 hectares along the northern rim of the Athabasca Basin through an option agreement with Fortune Bay Corp. This underexplored district shares geological characteristics with NexGen’s Arrow deposit and includes historical uranium and REE occurrences, offering strong potential for basement-hosted uranium discoveries. Neu Horizons’ portfolio is aligned with global demand for secure, low-carbon energy, backed by tier-one geology and supportive policy environments in both countries.
