Das Büro Neuland ArchitekturLandschaft wurde im September 2012 von Maria Viñé gegründet.
Die Neuland ArchitekturLandschaft GmbH besteht aus einem interdisziplinären Team von Architekten, Landschaftsarchitekten und Städteplanern. Das Team bearbeitet Aufgaben in verschiedenen Maßstäben im urbanen, ländlichen und naturnahen Kontext.
Mit Maria Viñés Architekturausbildung und der interdisziplinären Teamzusammensetzung wird eine ineinandergreifende Beziehung zwischen Architektur, Städtebau und Landschaftsarchitektur betont.
Die Aufgabe des Büros ist es, freiräumliche Strukturen zu festigen und weiterzuentwickeln, um Orte zu stärken, zu transformieren und zu vernetzen.
Der Kontrast zwischen prozesshaften, landschaftlichen Veränderungen und konstanten, robusten Strukturen ist ein wiederkehrendes Gestaltungsthema in ihren Projekten.
