Neular is a leading Estonian producer of top quality decks and fences made of NEULAR- an innovative polymer material.
The main sphere of its operations lies in recycling plastic packaging and producing plastic construction materials. At the moment Neular is the only Estonian enterprise that can recycle mixed plastic packaging waste, we do it without using any drinking water.
Neular is most innovative weather resistant polymer material, which is mainly produced of the household plastic packaging in the course of a two-stage production process.
Neular has been created as an alternative to timber in different situations where humidity tolerance, durability and a long lifetime are required. Neular deck, noise barrier or a fence is an economically advantageous and nature-friendly choice.
