Established in the 1990s, the Neumec Group has grown from relative obscurity into one of the leading players in the Real Estate Industry. Over that period we have built a strong reputation of excellence and approachability. Our core strength is Redevelopment; both of old or dilapidated buildings and of slums, which we’ve perfected over two decades. Our redeveloped propertieshave given Mumbai a much needed facelift. Today, the Neumec Group is one of the premier names in SRA and dilapidated building redevelopment and is actively pursuing opportunities in the Cluster Development Scheme formulated by the Government. But we don’t intend to stop here. In the near future we plan to further expand our portfolio to include a host of towering properties that will raise Mumbai’s skyline to new heights
