Our mission is to raise awareness of the power of neurodiversity within the workplace, and the opportunities that come from diversity of thought. This builds on my own journey of self discovery of my own Autism and ADHD and 25+ years navigating the world of professional engineering as a 'different thinker'. We will build on the experience of creating and leading the Neurodiversity network at Dyson, raising awareness through tailored seminars based on customer need. In addition we will offer 1:1 neurodiversity coaching leveraging many years experience as a coach and leader of people, and a first person experience of learning the balance of thriving as a Neurodiverse employee, embracing strengths and challenges alike.
