We are a team of Specialists in the field of mental, emotional and physical wellness. Comprising a Neurocoach, Wellness Coach, Energy Psychologist, Integrative Psychiatrist, Addiction Recovery Coach and a Clinical Nutritionist. My team and I are geared to coaching the transcendence of negative mind states by rewiring the brain's pathways using various tools and modalities. We lead the journey to overcoming the feeling HOPELESS and HELPLESS! Specialising in ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ADDICTION AND CO-DEPENCENCY (narcissistic abuse recovery) for all ages. TEENS are very close to my heart leading my passion in the endeavour of arming them with life-conquering recipes.
