NeuroAdvantage has the pursuit of special neurotechnological personality development, including skill and competence advancement. The developments are based on bio and neuromarkers as well as the results of diagnostic measurements of skills and competences. The measurements are taken utilising EEG- brainwave diagnostics, computerised cognitive test, audiovisual stimulation test alongside with a personality test. The complete test provides more than 300 parameters of all of which examines the measurable characteristics of cognitive functions, general mental and emotional state, the general condition of the nervous system as well as the measurable characteristics of personal performance in order to provide: -personalised goals for the unique developmental process. The process of development rests on the basis of neuroscience and the tools used by the coaching methodology.
