As an organization, we believe that neurodivergent traits should be embraced and celebrated, rather than stigmatized or pathologized. Our emphasis on holistic approaches to EDI enhancement is what allows us to have maximum impact.
Neurodivergent Upgrade was founded by a BIPOC team which identifies as neurodivergent. We understand the unique challenges and strengths that come with being neurodivergent, and we are committed to creating a community that honors and respects those differences.
