Since 2012, NeuroEdge® Coaching has provided coaching and NeurOptimal® neurofeedback for exceptional kids, teens and adults in the Washington, D.C. Metro area. We focus on boosting self-confidence, managing anxiety and stress, and providing tools to help our clients maximize their performance and potential. We specialize in pairing personalized coaching with neurofeedback brain training for young athletes and peak performers. This unique approach gives kids and teens the skills they need to adapt and thrive in challenging situations and at an important developmental time. By combining neurofeedback and coaching, NeuroEdge® Coaching provides a two-pronged approach: neurofeedback helps train the brain to work effectively and efficiently, while coaching helps kids and teens handle emotions like stress and anxiety. Coach Jennifer Shipley received her coach training at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the largest and oldest coach training program in the world. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, the NeuroLeadership Institute, the International Society for Neurofeedback and Research, and the Mid-Atlantic Society for Biofeedback and Behavioral Medicine.
