Neuroinclusive HR

With over 30 years experience as an HR Professional, I decided to specialise in neurodiversity following my son's diagnosis with autistic spectrum condition aged 10. Having learned about neurodiversity to understand his diagnosis, I realised that HR should know about the brilliance of our neurodiverse brains so we can apply that knowledge in supporting our organisations. I provide training, tools and consultancy to support you with being neuroinclusive throughout the employee lifecycle. As our brains are unique, so are our neurodiverse conditions. There are no typical neurodivergent brains. All neurodiverse conditions are spectrum disorders and the strengths and challenges of each individual are unique.
