I also provide corporate coaching and training, including workshops in leadership and team development. I am an accredited mental health Instructor, working with companies to develop bespoke programs for staff and developing wellness programs. Neuron coaching is helping remove the limitations that subconsciously obstruct people’s ability to reach their peak personal, professional or performance goals. I will help develop high potentials or facilitate transition. Coaching a behaviour of change to help your company reach maximum potential through its most valuable resource, its people. Building a resilient, safety conscious and motivated staff. Working with the team I help create that change in behaviour and mindset.
