Our Programs: - In-Home and Community - Individualized, outcome-based therapy delivered in the client’s home and out in their community with focus on maximizing function and returning to their role within the family and community. - In-Home Supported Living - Long-term care in a client's own home that empowers them to live life with continued independence. - Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy (VRT) - Movement-based program designed to address vestibular-related challenges that affect function, independence, and safety in real-life situations. - Pain Management - Interdisciplinary approach to effectively manage and alleviate pain utilizing various methods, including physical therapy, psychological therapy, and mind-body techniques.
