The Neuroscience Coaching Network (NCN) is a 4-month online professional training program designed for coaches who want to integrate brain science into their practice.
Created and taught by neuroscientist Dr Sarah McKay and coaching psychologist and accredited coach assessor Dr Mary Collins, the NCN offers a collaborative, science-informed approach to coaching. As they put it: “We train coaches to create neuroscience-informed tools and practices through education, collaboration and community.”
The program is ideal for certified, experienced, or newly qualified coaches with a genuine interest in applying neuroscience in real-world coaching and leadership contexts.
Each annual intake includes:
++ Self-paced video lectures hosted on Kajabi
++ Weekly live Zoom calls
++ Guest sessions with leading neuroscientists
++ Small group (triad) projects and discussions
The NCN is accredited for 40 hours of continuing professional development.
