About NeuroSense Lab

We are the NeuroSense Lab! We are interested in understanding how smells enter our brain and how they are processed there. We are particularly fascinated by how this perception is influenced by the interaction with our other senses or external factors, and how the sense of smell can change in various diseases. In exploring these complex topics, the research team led by Professor Jessica Freiherr utilizes a wide range of modern psychophysiological, behavioral, and imaging measurement methods.
