Managing Director Marc Mosimann founded MMBiomedical in the year 2001 upon return and sale of his former company Swiss Datalogic Instruments Pty Ltd in Australia to export manage medical / research equipment manufacturers such as NEUROSCAN INC USA and later on COMPUMEDICS LTD for Europe, ME and the Far East. In the year 2003, MMBiomedical started to take on other companies such as DWL, Digitimer, Otodynamics to handle their sales export to the Middle East and Africa. In the year 2004 MMBiomedical expanded their business to include exclusive distribution contracts for Compumedics, Persyst, Otodynamics, Digitimer, Neuroscan, Biosemi, BESA, EMSE, Polhemus and many other companies in Switzerland on an exclusive basis. More companies were added, and sales grew from humble USD 500,000 to more than USD 1,8 mio per annum throughout the territories that were managed. In the year 2007, MMBiomedical was sold to NEUROSPEC AG, a company that continues to grow and manage the above companies throughout the world.
