These measurements are objective and comparable, which gives them more validity and reliability.
4.- Artificial Intelligence
The processing of implicit measures using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques considerably increases its predictive capacity while eliminating non-objective biases. AI is today a fundamental tool for companies to better understand and train the skills of their employees.
